DELIVERY
Shipping times may vary depending on your purchased product's style and the time of your order. Working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9AM to 5PM GMT), excluding national holidays.
Please note that we will not deliver products to PO boxes and to hotels.
Delivery times do not include manufacturing time.

Ready-to-Wear Orders
We expect approximal delivery time of 5-7 days with Standard Delivery. Orders are shipped from our factory in Spain.
This is the most popular choice for customers who are looking for that timeless piece with an artisan finishing.
The manufacturing and colouring process takes 3 weeks to complete. The shoes are then ready to be shipped to you.
MTO - Mens Goodyear Welted Orders
Approximately 28-30 working days manufacturing time
We expect approximal delivery time of 5-7 days with Standard Delivery. Orders are shipped from our factory in Spain.
Unfinished Canvas Orders
15 working days manufacturing time (please bear in mind some styles might require additional manufacturing time - contact baroni@sartorpolishing.com for further info).
UK Mainland Delivery: Complimentary 3-5 working days Standard Delivery on all orders. Orders are shipped from London (UK).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately due to the made-to-order nature of our business, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
